Neurodivergent Hangout: Sensory Exploration & Nature Walk

Neurodiversity Hangout: Sensory Exploration & Nature Walk

Nature has an abundance of sensory delights to offer, and Spring is a great time to get back outside and see what is growing! Join us for this guided walk through the park, where we’ll slow down, tune in, and connect with our senses. This meetup is designed for neurodivergent community members to explore their sensory experiences through gentle experimentation, playful engagement, and mindful self-observation in a natural setting. We’ll move at a leisurely, comfortable pace with plenty of space for curiosity, grounding, and connection. There will be an optional Sensory Scavenger Hunt sheet available (choose to participate in this to any degree that you wish). Tiny treasure-hunting in the form of natural objects is highly encouraged 😊
