As a valued member of our client community, you’ll have access to our Virtual Support Center, an online library of additional resources for a truly multi-modal approach to your healing journey. These supports include practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, expressive arts, journaling, core energetics, and more. The skills you're learning in therapy, at your fingertips between sessions. Practice from your laptop, or right from your phone!

We also really value community and education, so we are always sharing additional resources like our regular workshop offerings and, more recently, our new Holistic Heart Podcast, for additional learning and support.

In addition to having access to the above resources as part of our holistic model, your counseling experience itself is also uniquely directed at mind, body, and spirit-based interventions within the therapy sessions with your mental health provider. Some in-session interventions may include:
