Neuro-Affirming Adult Autism + ADHD Assessments

This assessment is for adults seeking diagnostic clarity around Autism, ADHD, or both. If there are specific life circumstances (such as seeking accommodations at work) that have you reaching out for diagnostic clarification at this time, you can discuss them with your assessor directly during your free consultation to determine whether this assessment is the right fit for your needs.

We offer two assessment tiers, that differ in the level of documentation provided.

The cost for our basic Foundational Assessment is $750, and you will receive a diagnostic letter outlining the findings of your assessment.

The cost for our Comprehensive Profile is $1500, and includes a robust diagnostic report detailing your individual assessment findings and personalized, shareable advocacy language for communicating/sharing new areas of self-understanding with important others.

Anyone who receives a Foundational Assessment may upgrade to a Comprehensive Profile report within 6 months of their original assessment date for an additional $750. 

Our assessments are private-pay only. We are not able to bill insurance directly or provide documentation for out of network reimbursement (including superbills). 

Right now our assessment process is set up to take place virtually via telehealth. However, if there is a need or strong preference for in person meetings, please let us know when you reach out and we can work with you to schedule in-office assessment meetings. 

Due to the brief and primarily informative nature of our free consultation meetings, those are held virtually via telehealth. 

Direct, face-to-face time includes:
- a 20 minute free consultation
- two assessment interview sessions, which are 1.5 hours each (3 hours total)
- one 1 hour feedback session to go over results

From initial consult to feedback session, the process can take 2-3 months to complete (including receipt of your written report). 

Yes, absolutely. This is not at all required, but if there is someone whose presence would feel supportive we are happy to have them join. 

Just a note that the interview itself is designed to be conducted directly with you, the client, so we'll want to know ahead of time what role you would like your support person to play (e.g. simply present for moral support, or weighing in alongside you). This is something to talk through with your assessor during your free consultation, so that we're all on the same page about the level of involvement that works for you.

Assessment outcomes reflect an honest, thorough look at your presentation - not every assessment results in diagnosis, and it is important to recognize that an Autism or ADHD diagnosis is not guaranteed. If that is the case for you, we'll still talk through what we found together, and what might be helpful as far as next steps. 

Yes, you'll receive a written letter or report (depending on your tier), and a 1-hour feedback session to walk through your results together, ask any questions you may have, and talk through next steps.

Your final letter/report will be provided to you directly through our secure client portal.
