Jen takes a strengths-based approach to treatment with an emphasis on whole-person health. She combines evidence-based practices with alternative and intuitive approaches to support holistic wellness for her clients. Jen believes we are so much more than our feelings, and that when you lead with an open heart and not with your mind (ego), there are no limits. Operating from the belief that we are all powerful creators, Jen is here to help clients surrender into their powerful selves. By redefining what it means to be powerful, she aims to help clients feel empowered and at ease with their creative capacities.
