Sam’s approach to treatment combines deep listening with compassionate accountability. Sam believes that each person embodies the potential for self-healing. She will help you to feel supported on your path of evolution, whether you are working toward acceptance, positive change, or both. Sam has been a student of yoga for many years, and became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2013. She obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Connecticut in 2020.
