Approach to treatment

Nina uses a mind-body-spirit approach to understand each individual’s uniqueness with an emphasis on creating a non-judgmental and explorative atmosphere. She believes in the healing power of accessing the present moment and making space for whatever arises as it arises. Through collaboration and trust, Nina is passionate about creating a space where you can explore your values and goals in order to make meaningful shifts and find meaning in your life. 

As a certified yoga instructor since 2015 and a current student of Ayurvedic counseling, Nina believes in using the body’s intrinsic wisdom as a guide to foster our own natural capacity for healing.
