About Zara

Zara has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of New Haven, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from nearly 10 years of experience working in the field. She is also a really lovely, kind, and helpful human who we are grateful to have as a support for our clients!

Zara is able to help clients with:

• Matching with the best provider for your needs and desired approach
• Guidance on insurance coverage and how to access relevant information for sessions
• Scheduling
• Coordination of care between your HH therapist and other providers you are working with
• Client portal use and questions
• Billing documents and details
• General administrative support
