Enhance the mind-body connection as you flow through an active physical practice centered around a different physical-emotional theme each week.

Thursdays 7:00pm-8:00pm Mindful Yoga with Kara                                                

An experiential practice in presence, this gentle class provides a container for moving inward, self-connection, and mindful self-awareness.

Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am Stretch & Breathe with Kara                                          

A centered start to the weekend, this gentle class guides you softly into awakening to start your day with meaning and intention.

1st Wednesday 6:45pm-7:30pm Monthly Meditation with Kristen                      

Hold space for connecting with your inner wisdom during this introspective combination of gentle stretching, breath work, and silent as well as guided meditation time.  *cash donation

About Our Classes

  • All classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors will offer modifications and alternative poses throughout the practice - take care of yourself, it is what we want you to do!
  • Some classes are naturally more active, while others move at a more relaxed pace. Here are some key words to look for: for active classes look for class descriptors like VinyasaFlow. For more relaxed-pace classes look for class descriptors like Mindful, Gentle, Stretch, & Restorative

Private Sessions
$55 per 45 minute session

Payments can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card. Class cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Private sessions require pre-payment via credit card at time of registration.

Integrative support packages are designed to make whole-person healing accessible, and to promote consistent practice in order to optimize mental health and wellness benefits. As such, unused services do not carry over to subsequent weeks or months.
