Transform Your Grief

Grief and loss are some of the most challenging experiences to cope with in life. Please join us for this workshop which will provide a place to connect with and work through your grief in a safe and supportive environment. This workshop will include brief education and discussion regarding grief/loss, grief yoga class, time for reflection, and resources to assist participants moving forward. Bring yourself just as you are!

Empath Group Part 2 of 3
Facilitator: Lauren Boulanger, MA Date: Wednesday, February 27th
Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm Investment: $20 per person
This group focuses on the discovery and development of your empathic self in a welcoming and supportive environment. Participants will learn about what being an empath is and isn't, discover the different types of empathic abilities, develop skills for managing empathic abilities, and build connection and community with other empaths in a healthy, supportive setting.
This group meets monthly, and is structured as a 3-part educational series for new participants during the first hour, followed by an ongoing process group for new and seasoned group members alike in the second hour. Once you have been through all 3 educational sessions you are considered an alumni and are welcome to continue attending the process group as a resource for ongoing sharing and support.
February is Part 2 and will be focused on connecting with and expanding your sense of inner self, increasing personal empowerment, distinguishing between self and other energies and influences, and intentional use of empathy.

MARCH 2019

iRest Yoga Nidra
Meditation for Deep Rest & Self-Inquiry
Facilitator: Kristen Acciari, LICSW, CYT Date: Friday, March 1st
Time: 6:45pm-7:45pm

Experience deep rest and self-inquiry. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleep where the body is completely relaxed and the attention is guided to the experience of Being. Participants are encouraged to come into a comfortable position either seated or laying down, supported by props as desired, and are guided through meditation into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. Includes self-reflection exercises, please bring a journal.
Participation is limited, pre-registration required.

Expressive Arts Workshop
Facilitator: Sammy Knight, MA Date: Monday, March 11th
Time: 6:00-7:30pm
Investment: $25 per person
This workshop will focus on the use of creative expression to facilitate self-discovery and personal exploration for increased self-awareness, insight development, and self-compassion.

Breathe Into It Yoga

A yoga sequence for practicing stillness amidst discomfort through self-inquiry and mindful movement.

MindBody Connection

This workshop offers an invitation to explore the connection between your physical and emotional health through discussion, mindful movement, and guided meditation.
