About Stephanie:

Stephanie's journey to yoga started six years ago as she acquired her Masters of Business Administration and simultaneously was required to sit at a desk all day for work. With her spine and her mind needing a release, she turned to yoga. As yoga began to restore her spinal health and reset her nervous system, she took a deeper interest in the use of asanas and pranayama to achieve focused results in her body and mind. A perpetual learner by nature and yearning for more information, Stephanie completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance certification at Raffa Yoga. She enthusiastically changed her career and eagerly started teaching the physical and mental benefits of tying breath to movement.
Off her mat, Stephanie marvels at her daughters precociousness, cooks zealously, reads feverishly and meditates regularly.
