Educational Support Group for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD Adults

VIRTUALLY via Telehealth on Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm from 5/20/26 - 6/24/26 (6 sessions)

Investment: $60.00 per session if private pay; Most major insurances accepted

This 6-week group blends psychoeducation and community support for adults (18+) who identify as Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD. Facilitated by neurodivergent providers, this space is designed to offer learning and reflection in a safe, neuro-affirming environment, alongside folks who can relate. Each week we’ll explore a specific topic to support deeper self-understanding within the context of shared experiences, group discussion, and community connection. Weekly topics will be:

  • Week 1: Group Opening (Introductions, Sensory Profile & Support Options)
  • Week 2: Executive Function & Neurocognition
  • Week 3: Emotional Intensity, Alexithymia, Interoception, & RSD
  • Week 4: The Nuances of Masking
  • Week 5: Unmasking, Relationships
    Week 6: Group Closing (Reflections, Connections, Insights & Resource Sharing)

*registration represents a commitment to attend the entire 6-week series, which is required with the intention of fostering safety, familiarity, and the opportunity to make connections within the group

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • This group will take place virtually via telehealth, on Wednesdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm for 6 consecutive weeks (5/20-6/24)
  • In order to support the privacy of our group members, we ask that you join from a quiet space with minimal distractions and where group discussions will not be overheard
  • Please take care of your needs, and know you are welcome/encouraged to stim, pace, and move your body in any way that is supportive
  • Please do what you need to be comfortable (e.g. wear comfy clothes, bring fidgets, comfort items, or supports of any kind)
  • This group will be a combination of learning and support, so there will be some sections of time where the group facilitators are doing the talking, mixed with requests for group members to engage with one another as well
  • We request cameras on for group interaction, however please know that you are welcome to turn off camera/mic at any time to address any needs that may arise
