Join us for this workshop designed to deepen your understanding of self-care, explore ways to access your mind/body connection, and reduce stress and anxiety as we transition into the winter months.
Together we’ll explore ways to increase awareness, facilitate self-connection, and practice self-care through somatic awareness exercises, self-expression, journaling, and self-inquiry.
Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook or drawing pad.
