How It Works

  1. Speak with our intake coordinator to be matched with the best mental health provider for your unique needs.
  2. Meet with your provider for an initial intake appointment to discuss your needs and goals for treatment.
  3. Develop a treatment plan that incorporates a structured combination of interventions for mind, body, and spirit. Interventions will include regular holistic counseling, and may include yoga, meditation, therapeutic massage, and other related whole-person support as applicable.
  4. Ongoing plan assessment according to evolving needs and progress.
