Approach to treatment

Brandi's approach to treatment looks at the whole person, taking into account the interconnectedness of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. She encourages clients to look within to better understand themselves and empower them to make changes that are in alignment with the life they want. As a certified yoga teacher, Brandi integrates yoga philosophy and mindfulness practices into her therapeutic work. She is passionate about how yoga can be used to increase self-awareness and gain insight to patterns present in daily life.

Brandi creates a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working with each individual to address their unique needs and goals.

Brandi is deeply committed to helping her clients achieve greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and increased self-compassion. She feels privileged to be a part of each person's journey toward growth and greater understanding of Self.

Brandi earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University. She also holds a certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care and is passionate about supporting those who are navigating the difficult experiences of grief and loss.
